Tbh I think this song sounds better without Lars though. Personally I think the most legendary performance of this song would be a tie between the Nimes show and Quebec Magnetic show, especially when it’s just James by himself until the 2nd verse comes in. ❤️❤️❤️

I like the style he has because it’s metallica but I can see why some would want him to just have a different style. I’m a drummer tho and have always liked drums the most in songs so it could be bias
Dude we also love music and drums but Lars is not great. Even Roger Taylor RIGHT NOW, as an old and ill guy is better at drumming and he sings at the same time. Lars sounds like he never practices, just hops on stage and hopes for the best.
This is alright but it would be way better with a really loud, offbeat drum track that overpowers everything else and makes the song feel less intimate
