Just the sad reality we live in. Older champs vs newer champ animations are just night and day. Though imo some older champs do still look fine like Poppy, Tristana, Yasuo.
This is an amazing skin, the Crows coming out him on W, the spooky forest realm on Ult, the fish-eyed demon on his club, the recall of him destroying pillars around him and general color pattern of light gray and bright red is so nice. The only issue I see, and it's minor, is his Q looks bigger than it really is on this skin and that can create an awkward feel but everything else is PERFECT.
His armor just screams classic aatrox but with silver chroma too me EDIT: His ult backdrop looks like the mc world view in the manwha "The world after the fall". ALSO at the end of the recall u can see that there is chains inside the big mace making it look like a mace whip.
Ngl Old God Mordekaiser with the Gold-Red Chroma gives me *serious* Scarlet King vibes. Props to Riot once again for nailing the Eldritch Deity aesthetic with Mordekaiser!!
As a mordekaiser main, they should have made his Axe more bigger and cooler and unique. They could've made the mouths in his shoulders and axe open when he Qs or perhaps they can make the mouth moves when ulting. Just like high noon mordekaiser when he uses his Q and ult the hammer blows a fire. So, for me, nothing can beat the Highnoon mordekaiser skin. This skin lacks the heaviness and weight of mordekaiser. I know, it's not a legendary, but they could've at least, added a uniqueness to the skin, like highnoon or ashen graveknight skins
as a morde main here aswell, knowing theres not that many people who will buy morde skin compared to nami or akali ones, tthey probably just went quick and easy, i still like the skin, but the ult form of the skin with huge intimidating stuff like you said like on ashen skin would have been dope asf

sometimes I wish chromas just changed colors like the old days instead of completely killing the vibe of the skin by adding random colors to a otherwise perfectly fine alternative.
The voice filter is terrifying I love it.
