The Phil Swern collection was on line In the early days of the Internet IE: dial up. It's just a pity the biggest hard drive was 50gig. You could download anything from It If you where In a job that needed music, A Teacher, Professor, DJ like me and many others. Then after He had It all digitized, He sold the Entire lot to a corporation of buyers. That Is why the BBC sighed a massive relief when the Legend that was Brian Matthew Died. That meant they no longer had to pay for the use of Records from the Corporation Library. Now they will not play anything that didn't enter the UK charts or the Bubbling under Chart. as these are In the System. As for really Obscure records, You will have to come to My Mobile Roadshows, when all this Madness Is over.
