I searched and searched and finally found this duffle and the best part you have a sheet to make it the size that was preferred. I made a nice sturdy one to carry my featherweight machine in. It's perfect, thank you 😁
I am currently building a bag for Miss Rodeo Idaho. She will be auctioning it at the Miss Rodeo America competition in Las Vegas this year. I really like this pattern. It is easily "mathed" and makes for efficient packing. Thank you for an amazing pattern
Complex but not complicated. Another brilliant pattern and tutorial. Airline friendly. They quote a max size, and you build this bag to exactly that size. Not so friendly, more an attempt to beat them at their own game! Wonderful bag for a trip to the gym, or a quick overnight stop in a hotel or a friends home. Versatile that’s the word!👍🏻
Jo this bag is brilliant! Love it! It’s perfect for my short getaways to the beach with my little (I live on a Caribbean island). Love your patterns and your tutorials are great. Excellent job you two. Congrats 🎉 for the Bag of the Month opportunity.
I was planning on skipping Bag of the Month this next time, but now that I know that Adam is designing one of the bags, I am in! I love your guys’s patterns.
The bag looks like me new sports bag. I don't mind if there are no inside pockets. I'll add pocketsess galore. Thank you for the beautiful bag pattern.
Beautiful bag just what im looking for to make for my son who stays away for work quite a bit. Can i just ask what is the red bag made of? Is it cotton canvas?
Hi guys, love this bag! I will be making one as soon as I can source the materials I need. Can you just clarify a couple of things please? Your website states that I'll need "2/3 yd (65cm) Foam stabiliser (35″/90cm)" what's the 65cm for? I can only see this stabiliser in 30/45/90cm widths and I'm assuming we'll need the yardage provided for the length? It's the same for the next line down too: "7 1/4″ (19cm) Peltex 70P/71F ultra firm stabiliser (20″/50cm wide)". There's just one too many measurements there for my small head! :D Also, it says that we need a zip with only one zip pull but your video has two zips - the side and the top. Looking at the measurements, I'm thinking the 26" covers both zips? Lastly, I can see that the measurements provided are for directional prints. What about for non-directional prints? Nearly 3m of fabric just seems very excessive for that size bag. You can probably tell that I've not purchased the pattern yet but I wanted to price up costings first. If you could help with these queries, that would be absolutely amazing. Thank you.
Hi there. The measurements in the brackets () is the metric measurement. 26” refers to the total amount of zip tape you will need. But you are right you need 3 zip pulls, not 1. We will correct that on our site.
@CountryCowDesigns thank you for your prompt response, but I'm still trying to get my head around the 65cm and how much fabric I'd actually need. So, there's about 1.1 yards to every metre and your pattern says I'll need 2/3 yards or, what you're saying is, 65cm. But 3 yards is approx 2.7m of fabric and 65cm is 0.65m of fabric. Which one is correct?
Oh my goodness, has the penny just dropped?! Do I need TWO THIRDS of a yard? Not 2 - 3 yards?! 🙈 I've literally been trying to work this out for hours.
Congratulations on your invitation to be included in the next Bag of the Month Club! Looking forward to your design.
Thank you so much!

This bag is so versatile and great looking! And I love the trick of using the hump jumper to sew so close to the bag hardware. Genius!
Thanks. Glad you like it 😃

This is going to be fun to make. Maximizing airline carry-on is brilliant. Congrats Adam!

Beautiful work again…congrats on Bag of the Month 🎉 sure to get a great pattern. I like the thin foam you use, where can I find it?
Thanks 😃We use flex-foam sold by Legacy and pellon
It should be linked in the description
Will you consider making a video about the bag design process? Thanks.
That’s actually one of our planned videos
Beautiful bag just what im looking for to make for my son who stays away for work quite a bit. Can i just ask what is the red bag made of? Is it cotton canvas?
Thanks. The red bag is made from waxed canvas.
Can’t wait to make this beautiful bag. How would I make the zipper pocket like the green one?
The green one was an early version Adam did using leather for the pocket. It doesn’t have a lining in the pocket
Where do you get your "handmade by" tags made? Are they metal or fabric? Love this bag! ❤
These are metal and we sell them on our website
@@CountryCowDesigns thanks. I'll take a look. I'm in the US.

What kind of stabiliser did you use please
The foam is flex-foam from Legacy and the base stabiliser is decovil heavy.
D0 you sell this pattern?
