Imagine how op Tenten could’ve been if they just gave her fight scenes. She has the best aim,best weapons,she’s versatile,she has good physical prowess,she could possibly be at least average in hand to hand since she’s on a hand to hand team,and she’s able to use the basoshen. She already is one of the strongest girls but that would’ve been made clearer if they did her better

Kishitmoto did her dirty. The few times he actually BOTHERED to draw more weapons in a panel was when the third group in the war arc (the one that included Kakashi, Sakura, Lee and Guy) had their ninjas throw all their weapons against their enemy (the resurrected Swordsmen, I believe) and some Obito ninjutsu that had gigantic Fuma Shuriken flying out of nowhere. Disgusting POS.
I think Tenten is a wasted character. All she does is throw weapons again and again hoping to hit something. She never trully embraced the weapons master persona.
She was introduced as a ninja that never misses on their chuunin exams. Then lo and behold she loses against Temari the next second. They made her a filler character wasting her weapon master potential, not to mention her sealing technique and concealed weapon mastery, she was given the forbidden sealing tools by the tail end of the Manga during the war and yet they never utilized it on the canon story, instead they used it in her tsukoyomi filler episode - they didnt even show her use it - they just had a fade out and suddenly Tenten sealed and defeated Hanzo and Amegakure easy. Atleast the inheritors of will of fire movie used her utility a tad bit. Kishimoto just doesnt know how to write good female characters. What a wuss..

Like the comment above you said, she a beast in the games 😂 she had the forbidden tools in the tsukoyomi with her and used it successfully to defeat Hanzo and Amegakure, she even destroyed a few ig not all of Kakuzu's masks with the Bashosen albeit not having the proper chakra pool and control to used it then. She do have a specialty. Its just that her specialty wasnt highlighted nor amplified as overpowered as everyone else since Kishimoto doesnt have the brains for it.
