I chose the soccer ball. I cried when you mentioned mental strife and spirit guides. I've been praying and hoping that they will help me. I felt like certain people had control over my happiness, and that they had power over me. It gave me anxiety and stress for years.However, recently, I felt like I lost my happiness. They have power and control over it, and when my ego thought I lost something I waited years for..it defeated me. I felt like I was dying if not dead, and I keep feeling a void behind me. I felt hollow. What made me so happy has left me, making me feel like I'm a husk. However, at the same time, I sense a type of freedom. Yes, #4 totally resonated. Tues- Friday we’re very hard. Things came to a head and I left our home. After 2 days of seeking, working on chakras and seeking guidance I came back. Friday night we finally talked without things escalating and found out he has been suffering as much as I have. He set up an appointment for counseling this week. Yesterday and today have been so much calmer. Tonight I started feeling very unusual and overheated and hard to breathe so I decided to get on here and see what is happening.
