Assalamulaiakum Mugheerah bro you said at 53:00 namaz helps in stopping fahisha but i do pray but my desires do not curb just by praying I think it increases it more since u doing physical activity... Maybe I understood wrong u meant to say Namaz stops porn consumption but sexual desire still remains?
If you offer 5 times, then pray tahajjud often. Tahajjud is very, very strong. I am a live example before you who quite porn by praying tahajjud.
@Erbazak47 oppression of sexual desires is not the solution the more we try to stop it will increase more & more. The only solution is to find a halal way to fulfil it.

Their should be iqhlas, taqwa and zikr.
Best thing to do is reach a good local imam ask for advice on improving quality of salah
