In an interview Jin mentioned that he intentionally take the funny route in Run BTS. He said it's a variety show, whose point is entertainment. In this flower episode everyone was very serious, so Jin intentionally chose to do things silly to keep its entertainment value. I love and respect him so much for that.
And the fact he said sorry to the teacher after filming was so impressive. The teacher said it was ok and he even like Jin ❤😊
I don't know if anyone else had mentioned it, but Isaac (the florist) did an interview not long after this episode aired and told a really sweet story that after they wrapped, Seokjin came over to him and apologised if he'd done or said anything that might be offensive. And then said that he'd love to work with him again.
He said Seokjin told him that because some of the members are a little shy, he likes to joke around to break the ice to make them more comfortable.
5:30 - The guys were laughing because Jimin's birth flower in Korean is "jopabnamu" (조팝나무) and it sounds like "jojbabnamu" (좆밥나무), which roughly translates to “dead skin of a penis”. That's also why Jimin said that his part will be edited lmao.

The florist did an interview with Teen Vogue in that he mentioned JIn apologised to him after the shoot which really touched him and he would like to work with him in the future. He also was very appreciative of other members too.
Jin really is a flower because he gets shy and shrinks when he gets too much attention and flowers do too when they get too much water.

we said on patreon that jin colors his hair more than they think not that he does it the most 😭 bc they thought he was the member that dyes his hair the least but it’s actually jungkook

idk if any armys here remember but I got reminded when they where talking about jhopes sound effects, that one time a lot of people sent hate to jhope bc they hated how loud he was. I remember that and later when run bts episodes would come out I noticed how the bts run editors made it a point to put in the captions them loving his sound effects😭 I remembered tearing up bc the bts team really loves and looks out for them.

I actually met this teacher, he has a store in Seoul and I went there to visit. The store is lovely and he is soooo sweet, we even took a photo together.
You should watch their vlogs Jimin made jewellery and Suga did woodwork and made chopping boards.

1:23 sjshdhdjd thats the effect of watching eps out of order😂 their heads are mostly colorful except for 2018 iirc, the eras in that year had their hair aesthetically dark AND there's a lot of eps that year. plus they also record these on their non comeback days sometimes, so they might end up having dark hair then too.
tho you're right i think. mebbe. jin is one of the members who colors the least. blonde, brunette, and his self inflicted purple 😂
He also dyed his hair orange, red, pink and green-ish.

Suga's was my favorite i also liked V's one I love purple so much as an arab it represents royalty and elegance and feminity that's why .
I remember this was my first ever Run Bts episode after becoming ARMY watching it on UA-cam. ❤❤I didn't even know their real names and personalities while watching this episode 😂 I stumbled on the funny bts compilation and this ep was recommended. 😂🎉 love to rewatch it with you guys❤

my favorite would be Namjoon's, it was so pretty and simple but the colors matched so so well, I would wear it as long as I could, and I love Yoongi's too, some people may perceive him as cold at first but he is so gentle and he really enjoys doing this type of things and decoration too
14:13 I didn’t realize this until last year but I also make tons of sound affects and so much noise throughout my day, I think I’ve only been like that these past couple years but it’s fun to see the outside perspective of what I probably sound like to everyone else 😂😂

Funny you should mention morbid readings~ 😂 I have 2 just off hand. Short one is that Jungkook’s flower, the tiger lily (my fav) has a lore around it in Japan that if you come across one in the wild, you're going to die. It's an omen flower or some even say it's the curse itself (like a banshee, some see it as an omen, or a curse)
My other story that's so much more.. spicy, shall we say.. I use tarot and oracle cards in my daily life, and I always keep some with me for comfort and it helps develop a relationship with them. We went to see my aunt for the last time in Cali, as she had cancer and we don't get to travel much to see them anymore, so we wanted a chance to say goodbye although she was actually relatively healthy at the time. She was still presumed to live another couple of years. So we go and she was pretty active, took us to breakfast and dinner and the only time she showed being ill was after taking her chemo medication (which pissed me off that they were forcing her to take it when it clearly took away from what she had left to live for, but I digress) so one morning, I'm just shuffling my cards, which is my daily ritual, and my other aunt who is more witchy like me (the sicky one was Christian) asked me to read her cards. The reading was kind of general, which with those cards was unusual. They tended to be more sassy and talk about things you didn't want to air out but needed to. I thought I was having an off day at the moment but in retrospect, it's like they were distracted by something else. So we finish the reading off with jokes about the lame reading and started coming up with fake meanings when my sickly aunt suddenly asked if I could read her cards. First reaction, I was shocked. She was super Christian, I didn't think she'd even be open to even oracle cards (which have a better reputation with less alternate people) my second reaction was just my brain screaming "OH GODS NO! Don't make me do this!" Which everyone could instantly read on my face how uncomfortable I was about that. Now I just want to preface that my cards are very positive generally. Even the negative things have positive meaning such as rebirth or end of something bad for the death card. But that day I happened to have been using a newer deck I haven't fully gone through. Anyway, so she convinces me to read her cards, all the while I'm praying in my head that I get another basic ass reading about wealth or something and that I don't get anything related to the ending of anything.. 😢 not only did I not get my wish, the ENTIRE reading was based around her death and not just implied so I could cheese it. The cards themselves in plain English said on one of them "your death comes" and another "a gentle spirit guides you".. I looked at her, face pale and stomach in my ass and asked her "are you sure you want me to read this?" And she told me yes, so surrounded by family, I had to cut off all my emotions and do the reading that in synopsis said "You are going to pass on very soon, but don't worry, you will be gently guided and greeted by your family and ancestors, peacefully. But now is a crucial period for you to resolve anything you have left unfinished, because time isn't your friend right now" and there was a lot of messages to kind of.. I dunno, give closure? My cards have personal messages from the spirit on the card and so the messages were direct in saying "don't be afraid, you've lived a wonderful life. You aren't abandoning your loved ones, it's ok to let go. You've been so strong hanging on while in pain, but it's ok to let it go now." And more along those lines and she just bawled and nodded along. (Everyone else was crying and my other aunt came outside to hug me and cried with me about how hard it was for me to have to read that and they both thanked me) She died not even a week after we left and I later heard that she sorted out a lot of familial trauma with her kids and made sure her husband would be taken care of. I also got a phone call from my other aunt saying thank you again, and she told me that my reading brought a lot of clarity and peace for my sickly aunt.. but tell you what.. that was the most traumatic reading of my life and I will never, ever read for someone who's ill ever again.. 😢 I also don't touch that deck anymore unless it's something special. It just doesn't feel right to use them for book inspiration or "what should I work on today?" Type readings anymore after something so.. sacred, you know?

Im so late to this one so i doubt you'll see this comment but hi im a florist! Not currently working as one due to my health, but it's one of my biggest passions and what i have my degrees in! If you wanted a bubble bowl arrangement, they actually would last a while (1-2weels typically depending on the types of flowers and temp of your room) because the thing that you put flowers into is floral foam (or oasis as we call it in the uk lol) and you typically soak floral foam in water which will keep arrangements alive! The two wreaths were done in floral foam too (we typically do floral foam wreaths for funerals because they can't br hung up due to the water and how heavy the foam gets). For flower crowns you dont actually ever make them by "weaving" flowers together like you would for a daisy chain, you always make (or buy) a base and then theres a specific technique you use in laying them out and taping them to the base using special tape (i prefer stemtex, its also used in buttonholes and bouttoniers but it looks like they didnt wire their flowers in this episode and simply kept tje natural stems and wrapped them instead). Steph was very correct about bouquets, you usually want lots of variety in textures and sizes, if we made a bouquet like jk's for an exam we'd absolutely fail lol 💀 but his type of bouquet does exist! It's usually called a domed bouquet and its some peoples preffered style, usually much more expensive and done with roses only! I actually looooovw hobi's bouquet! That style is so me, he had one of my fave flowers in it too!!! (Anthurium, also known as painters palette) I think you could argue that his bouquet is a cone wrap? Although theres another fitting name that im just forgetting right now lmao,, anyway super fun!! I love this episode because floristry is actually so hard and people dont give it enough credit, its super physically demanding too😭 also wes said 40mins was a long time......our exams were 1hr+ depending on what we had to make 💀💀💀 of course the mkre experience you have the quicker you get but unless you want a bouquet or something you have to order anything else in advance bc it takes time where we just have to focus and get on with it haha
