Judge Not, But Do Correct Others When The Spirit Leads.

    • @afmario790

@ Ebin: "correct"? Are you married or have children? If yes, you will know the resentment from them... If no, you are still learning from your parents...
If you are new to church or Bible, I guess you are learning... Even Holy spirit does not correct people... He's called " the guide", "a good counsel"... Holy spirit "prompts" at right time of need...
I guess you have a lot to learn, since you took the name of Holy spirit...
The word "correct" is used by prophets when a multitude suffers under a leadership... It comes with warnings and that needs "courage" which is also from the Holy spirit... Speaking the truth in threatening times is no game... And to be a prophet is not for feeble minded or hearts nor for disobedient ones...
Hence! For common man, one can use terms as "suggestions"... There is a lot you need to know of the Holy spirit...
Do not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain and do not use your own mind unless asked for... Those led by the Holy spirit take His (Trinity) name with caution, lest it is abused or profaned by others, due to unwise choice of words... With the anointing of God/Holy spirit, prophets speak His words not their own... It need self elimination (without ego)...

@@afmario790the Holy Spirit does correct people.
John 16:8 tells us “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:”
      ‭‭John‬ ‭16‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬”
Other translations change “reprove” to “convict” and the original Greek word is “elenxei” or to confute, admonish convict, convince, tell a fault, set straight, rebuke… all synonyms for the English word verb form of “correct” in regards to the disciplining definition.

@@Coecoebrown : No doubt! It's of The Holy Spirit... But have you seen today's world? Each one taking the Bible and judging others than to consciously examine themselves? In my own experience, say my childhood mischiefs; when I look into myself and then look at my nephew, I grow patience to know it is his stage to be so... This is what examining ones own the conscious helps with...
I stand by my word... A parent may have the right to correct a child till a certain age, then they have to become friends to have better days in the future... If this is for parents (legally), you think THE HOLY SPIRIT who is of WISDOM is going to get you insulted telling you to so called "correct"?
Another example: A dog has one master.. Yes! You can say God is the only master... Right! Then why should anyone listen to human? Logic!! Think again!!!
And again! To correct is to take responsibility of the course or direction of a person... How many are you willing to take responsibility of??? Wisdom is in guiding one to learn through one's own experience possibly then they will understand what I might be saying to him/her... Wisdom is to open up a wide range of angles to see and find things... For that, one has to look within and speak from a "wounded healer"... When one speaks like a perfectionist, no one likes to hear... I've seen and have done it too...
For instance, I was working in a hospital (temp supervisor) and I heard this Protestant preacher speak to a sick patient that he/she suffers for her sins... I tossed her out of the hospital.. When people are wounded they need some hope, not judgement... When someone did the same with my mother in her death bed, I did the same; toss the preacher out... 1) she did not know my mother's heart or her experience or wounds 2) I told my mom to stop confessing for sins she was forced by her in-laws when I was a Child 3) no one has the right to judge others...
Simply taking Bible words and condemning someone is an insult... Does the person have evidence? If then in both cases neither preacher would have done what they did... If it is the work of Holy spirit, the person will have the right words to speak, not their own and as seen in history; God will prepare the heart of that person to be able to receive those words...
When speaking to youth, I've experienced, them being more open minded when we understand their situation and not judgemental... I for one HAD the gift that even when I may seem aloof and weird, people come to me and confess strange of strange things and I would console them for the trust they had for me.. It was an open channel, had I judged; those people would have lost hope in seeking refuge or finding humanity....
Correction is a term used by narcissist and the arrogant to get their way done.... As a good counsel, one need to find the source (root cause) of problem to fix it... That is the evidence I ask for; did God give that source of information to correct someone?? Very few are called for it...
Have you grown in a large family or with grandparents? Why do you think the Bible says "grey hair is a sign of wisdom"? I know that most grandparents who once used to be extremists in discipline are not the same when it comes to their grandchildren, why? I will npt call all old people as wise or those with grey as with wisdom... It's in their patience, love, care, sharing... The fruits of Holy spirit that's seen in their actions and teaching to their grandchildren... This is why most relationship between grandparents and grandchildren are affectionate... It's in the way one guides when the children (parents of their grandchildren) cannot make them understand... They don't care of their judgement and speak from their experience... How often have we heard our grands start of, " In the year 1900..." And there goes the stories... The little ones who patiently listened to those grow better... Heros or heroines come from movies later on... But the first impression and inspiration comes from these stories that we would have heard as children... This is why we have to examine our conscious and try being better examples for others to be an inspiration, we can be sure to change a few lives around us... Wisdom is in action, not mere preaching...

😢😌...YES, we dont have to come to social media pages or talk to people in person. We can just read the bible or sit alone😌
It takes strength to pray for each other when we're mad at them, but it's possible..
Joyce: religious people can be very judgemental because they know the bible
    🙋🏾‍♀️Non-believers of Jesus, too
God bless you, Joyce Myers. God bless you and yours daily❤

We need to be careful about condemning people. Because that is NOT from God, or our place or call in Jesus' name. But we ARE to use Godly judgment, wisdom, and discernment when interacting with people or in the midst of a situation. We need to separate ourselves from individuals when and if the Holy Spirit leads us to do so. This is a great message and teaching though.

Just sharing out of love, but judgement is fine as long as it’s done to help one another with whatever sin we are battling. If we are not told it’s wrong in a living way, we will continue in it and eventually lose our grace with the Most High. Contrary to popular belief, there is no once saved always saved. The Messiah even said we can judge righteously. I’ll leave the scriptures below. Be blessed !
      John 7:24
“Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.”
      1 Corinthians 6:12
Do you not now that the saints will judge the world.
      Proverbs 4:5
      Get wisdom; develop good judgement.
      Romans 6:1-2
Shall we continue in sin that grace abound. God(Yah) forbid.
      1 Timothy 5:20
As those who persist in, rebuke them in the presence of all so that they may stand in fear.
Not helping our brothers or sisters that are in sin allows them to think that they are in good standing with the Most High when in actuality their souls are in danger of hell. We can’t be lukewarm.
      1 Corinthians 6:9
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites.
And such were some of you (turn away from the sin). But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God (Yah)
      Galatians 5: 19-21
Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
      Revalation 3:16
So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.

Of course I had a few bumps in the road before the devil attacked me and made me think harder. "Why me out of all people?" I know God is protecting me, but these demons of other people are ridiculous... They're don't care no more. That's the hardest thing part about being committed.
