"jump ship and head for failure" is my favorite line...I take that as saying get out your comfort zone and try something you might fail at rather than staying in a mediocre comfortable state..

The future of pop punk is in great hands between Neck Deep, State Champs, Knuckle Puck, and Story So Far. The Drop C tuning sounds great for this genre. I caught New Found Glory and Yellowcard on their tour together for the millionth time this fall and love how they still draw the crowds they do same as the late 90s. It's also great to hear some activity from Set Your Goals again. Hopefully they can come out of hibernation.

PizzaJokesAreCheesy no idea. they don't care for neck deep's music (and they have every right not to) so that's one thing. neck deep were also considered very tssf like on their early songs, but that has changed long ago. also I'm sure the guys on tssf are just tired of people asking for a nd+tssf tour when they don't like neck deep's music and aren't friends with them. there isn't any kind of beef or drama involved. I'm mainly just speculating, tssf tumblr page is pretty much my only source on this.

God damn not nearly enough people know about this band. Saw them when they toured with blink and they blew my mind - I bought 2 CDs at the concert and wasn't disappointed, they're incredible. Every song is a banger for sure.
