She'Meka Ann's Heel’D classes are geared towards all levels of dance. The purpose of this class is to heal, unify, and liberate not only women but all individuals from self doubt, while empowering and building confidence in all aspects of life. This class is here to heal and push away any energy thats holding you back, while learning proper heel technique, becoming one with your body, building self worth and confidence all through dance and motivational speaking.

Thanks for the support ! This class was a push for my students, however I am very proud of every individual learning this in 45 mins and executing. My class videos are not meant to be perfect , just to showcase these amazing individuals, their amazing energy, and having enough courage to get in front of the camera. Heel’D class is an all levels class from beginners to professionals! Enjoy! ❤️ Will be releasing concepts and other creative content soon!
First off, love all your content, this included! ❤️ Second, I was a dancer for 20+ yrs & I could tell this was a bit trickier. That said, imo EVERY girl kicked ass, especially now that you said they learned it so quickly!!! In fact as I was watching, I thought, "She'Meka gals win hands-down for girls I'd most want to go out with after class!" 😍

These dancers gave their all; the negative comments are rude, and probably from non dancers. Some of these dancers are beginners and some are expert; but they all have heart for getting out there on camera for the world to see. Mrs. Shameka, you are truly talented and so are your dancers.

The third group had me glued to them. I didn’t feel distracted by all the long hair it was pure and sexy. The choreography was great and momma is growing life and giving us life at the same time.
The thick girl definitely motivated me. I have been making so many excuses, I am out of shape, my knee is injured, i'm tired, etc...I just need to get to it. Remember people, wine gets better with time. You ladies did great ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
Regardless of the level of dance skills, they were having fun. I enjoy the professional dancers as well, however, I really love watching the videos where the individuals are just enjoying the experience. Great positivity and self-love. Happy International Women's Day!

For those looking for positivity, acceptance, all body types, all colors and having a safe space to enjoy good choreo; then THIS is the place. Shemeka has beginners, intermediate and many advanced and professional dancers. She accepts them all. You want to pick folks apart and judge; please take your negativity elsewhere. Bye.

For me the 3rd group actually showed off the choreo. I wasnt getting it until then. It looked a little sloppy and the choreo was a little plain. Sorry, but it turned out ok.

I suppose but they learned it in 45 mins plus they aren't all professional dancers they can't do it as amazing as professionals since it is a beginning class some are experts which your could probably tell

A lil sloppy but it was cool. The second chic, the light skin beauty did an amazing job as usual definitely put her on first. I almost stopped watching from the first routine but ol' girl saved it with a sexily executed routine 💙💯
You know these aren't professional dancers, right? Sometimes, she has more intermediate dancers, like the Dirty video; but from the beginning, she has included ALL types of dancers in her videos.

I would edit a few moves because it was a lot of rubbing involved and not enough moves but the dancing was good
