I also saved a Munchkin that had been raised in a cage for the 1st 8yrs of her life. I gave her all my love for 10yrs. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done to say goodbye to her 😢 💔

She's starting a new chapter in her adventure. And decided that she wants to be a kitten she doesn't remember she had a kitten hood. So she decided that she's going to do it now because she has people that love her. And a great brother.thank you for adopting.
She wouldn’t have had a kittenhood. They breed these young cats as soon as they first come into heat, which can be between 4 and 6 months old - so she was a kid forced to have babies and try to cate for them in a messy noisy crush of other cats. My brother has a rescue from that situation and she was really traumatized. Fortunately, they were able to love her all the way to a happy affectionate kitty.
I said her kittenhood I met her childhood. They made her a baby machine as soon as they could possibly do it so they could make money off of her which is really sad. So now she's deciding that she's going to have that kittenhood or childhood that she was denied. Because she has a family that loves her they left her because she is her not what they can get out of her to make money they loved her just because.of her self

I wasn’t particularly a cat person either. But I just adopted my second a month ago. A little tripod girl that was constantly being over looked all the time in the shelter. I've known quite a few people who said, "I'm not a cat person." The next thing I know, they've adopted several cats. You just haven't found the right cat or spent enough time with one.
@@amightysailingmanI had an elderly neighbor who pinched her face up and said "Oh, I don't like cats," when she moved in. A few months later, I would have to look for my cats at her house because she enjoyed them so much. Poor woman spent almost her whole life not realizing she loved cats!

Ironically people would pay thousands of dollars to get a gorgeous little beauty queen like this rescue cat. She is beyond beautiful and I'm so happy she is finally living the dream of the cat princess.
A friend of my mums was moving to Dhabi for work and couldn't take her cats and mum offered to adopt them. They were just over a year old, She has 2 beautiful blue-eyed Ragdoll brothers. They are the most loving and placid cats i 2:52 've ever met. They are so loving and affectionate. They both have this tiny meow and so distinctive and different from any other breed of cat I know. 🐈 🐾 💙
Yeah, she seems to be a himalayan cat which is basically a colorpoint persian, judging by the face it's not a Ragdoll but these both cats are really sought after either way

Thank you for rescuing Nonna and for giving her a life with no stress. It must have been very hard on her little body having so many kittens over and over again, then having them taken away from her. It's really nice she has a little friend in Stevie as well.

I rescued a black mama cat. She had seven kittens in my garage. She had been a part of a breeding frenzy in my neighborhood for years. She had had kittens at least seven times and she was exhausted with having kittens twice a year three times a year so I’ve found homes for all the kittens, my daughter actually help me. She came down from New York and took them all back to New York and found them good homes and then I got her spayed and she became my cat. She’s a wonderful baby and she loves loves loves being indoors.
If Nonna woke me up in the middle of the night, it wouldn't bother me either, not one bit. I would see it as more cuddle time. ❤

Love that most animals, including cats & dogs, can "sense" when people are good or want to help. So rewarding to have that experience of an animal "opening up" & really trusting you in a short time.
This one made me cry. Nona ànd Stevie,are both so prefectly sweet ❤. No only did they rescue a senior cat and gave her the first real home shes ever hadd but they gave her a best friend too. What a truley blessed, happy gift for her. ❤❤

The good thing about watching this kind of videos, is the relief of knowing some animals get rescued by good people. The sad part is being reminded of how many horrible and greedy people there are who do this stuff to innocent animals. Torture, neglect, abuse, but also "milder" atrocities like extreme breeding. I hope there'll be more information to people about the truth behind breeding "cute" traits that are not beneficial to the animal, but for the mere selfishness of people who think for example munchkin legs are cute. The cats in this video are rescued, and I have nothing but praise for the owners, but there are stupid or ignorant people who'll specifically ASK for munchkins. Same with certain dogs who can barely breathe properly, or whose pain during giving birth is horrid (English bulldogs).

This kind of back-yard breeding is so appalling- keeping these poor cats and dogs in cages their whole lives, like they are without feelings and there for somebody’s money making schemes. The U.S. seems to have particularly lax laws in some states. Truly vile. Both your little darlings are so clever and seem to be such good friends.
