Finally!!! Camping in the desert in a cost effective set up. Folding cots, propane stove, big buddy heater, simple kitchen, and a propane portable shower, etc, etc, are all good for me. I’ve seen so many conversions that have many thousands of dollars invested and I was wondering when the more frontier romantic cowboy western styles were. This is a good start folks. Congratulations on showing us that fun can be had when funds are limited.
Aw thank you so much for the kind words of encouragement Barry! Yes yes… I do have a great time Glamping but camping and getting down to the bare essentials and just enjoying being surrounded by nature is always a win win for me. We always find joy in the little things. I’m so happy that you have stumbled across the channel and hope you continue to enjoy.
I have a cargo trailer about the same size as yours and keep thinking about using it as a camper. Was curious how simple you made it inside and yet functional. After seeing how you did your trailer, I really want to try it with mine. Don't want to have to spend a lot of time and money converting it, just want to keep it simple. Really like how you did your trailer. I was thinking about a small blackstone griddle for cooking. Thanks for sharing.
That sounds awesome! We went with a light weight, non-permanent set up when looking for trailers. This one came already converted for functionality, with the previous owners being avid campers. We got lucky there. Good luck with yours! Griddles are great for bacon! 😊 Thank you so much for watching!
Yeah, you have to have decent coffee to be able to drink it without cream. I have the privilege of having had some really good coffee recently and I'm in my late thirties. I always thought people who drink Black coffee we're just masochistic but holy crap when you get actual halfway decent coffee it's amazing! One of them was a straight up espresso in the airport in vienna. Nothing fancy, the pastry was stale, but it was super strong coffee but also actually good! I can't even drink drip Folger's straight and now I realize it's just because THEIR coffee is disgusting and they are straight up stealing your money with branding on garbage!
Thanks Ken!!! It’s these kinds of awesome comments that really encourage us to keep sharing and we hope you have many many amazing adventures with your new Trailer. Thank you for the support! YOU rock 😍
Thank you ! While there is wildlife in the area we camp, it’s generally lizards, coyotes and foxes. Some desert mice and maybe a bureau encounter but no wolves and no bears. Bears generally live in the mountainous areas like the Sierra Nevada and Lake Tahoe areas. Where there’s water sources and forested areas where there’s food. So, hopefully we won’t ever have an encounter with Bears .. 🤞 Yes, agreed!! We make sure to clean up and store all food and anything that goes in goes out. Thank you for watching I’m happy you enjoyed the video.
If you like the stronger instant espresso style coffee, Cafe Bustello instant is a little less sour tha Medaglia and usually cheaper! (I've tried several brands of instant espresso) DeLallo instant espresso is genuinely amazing and similarly priced, usually more expencive. It gives you that deeper smooth flavor like you might get from a real shot of genuine espresso. It's the only instant espresso that really made me feel like I wasn't compromising!

love everything about your setup except........You can absolutely have coffee without creamer 😂
Lol😂🤣 that’s so funny. Yes you can but who wants to 😝! Just kidding. Thank you for watching, I’m glad you enjoyed.
Of course, just put in a couple of tablespoons of butter!
Coffee without creamer is like cereal without milk; something is definitely missing. 😅
@@jasonw6688 it’s like kissing a pretty girl through a screen door!
