Looks like you've got the same type of grease that I use... I had to service a 20 year old EQ-1 mount, last year. So I used what I had - GT85 and a tub of 20 year old grease from a car part shop. It did the trick.

How have you got a go to with those 6v motors?. They are far too slow and would take an eternity to go anywhere
