Hey Phil, sending my best to you Phil. We met when I was a kid many years ago at the Beacon in 2006. I have done it right, like you said. I practice as much as I can. You sent me a letter, telling me that you hoped I was rocking it out every day. And that that was the way to do it right. I took that heart. You said in the letter that maybe we would meet again or even play together someday (you hoped). I am 28 now and still playing guitar. Thanks to you and Larry Campbell, I have been on the right path musically ever since. I have grown as a musician and you inspired me to do it right. Your friend, Zac Transport
Sounds fun Phil. I would hope to see you maybe get outside the parameters of the usual Grateful Dead jam band suspects. I've always wanted to see you get together with other musicians whose bands and music have stood the 50 year test of time and who still have an appetite for quality, deep serious jamming. Obviously, they're ranks are getting a little thinner but there are still some around. Wishbone Ash comes to mind along with Brian Auger as a couple that have the chops and the skills to hang with you. However, whatever you do is usually interesting and I look forward to seeing it.
Thanks for all the good memories always welcome in Rhode Island.
Bags are packed and ready for this clubhouse to take us all to outer space. (~};}
Thank you, Phil!!!
Hey Phil, we love you, thanks for the years of devotion and music. Can you do an episode about Ruth, book and bass please.

Videos have been fantastic!……Although I would humbly suggest you find a nice vintage Hammond B-3 and Leslie to live at the clubhouse?…
