This was an excellent breakdown of the double/triple entendres on the bars on the song, this is essentially why i, myself go to view reaction channels specifically with Em's songs so please continue to pause and explain to the viewers as much as you can or as often as you want on why this track like many are dope as Hell. People should be informed on how elaborate Em's scheme is when writing songs.
"Extra-extra-extra terrestrial" line also refers to how he is actually from the Earth (terrestrial), but he is so extra, as in so much better than anyone else, that he is out of this world
Which ties into the "S on my chest, like it is plural" line
He says “Superman”, in this song, the same way he says it in ‘You Gon’ Learn’ (3rd on the album).
Both of which refer back to his track "Superman" from the Eminem Show album

I really thought he said "S on my chest, like its blur" like superman or "the blur" like they called him in smallville, where he is also an alien, extra terrestrial. I wouldn't be surprised if he made it sound like plural and blur at the same time on purpose to make a double out of it. He most probably did since there's also an adlib that says "Superman" during that line and he's obviously referencing superman with the "S on my chest".
