You got that mostly right, but in fact it is other way around, Russia provides many weapon system and aircraft to China, also it has good trade relations with china, but india and Russia had relationship since the days of independence, and that is vastly different from China Russia, they are friends no doubt, but their ties are existing also due to intensive trade, unlike India which trades but not as much, but india always funds Russian project and has always maintained a positive support for Russia, and Russia knows that if china had to fight, it would abandon Russia, China's track record is not good, almost no one trusts china.... Russia will also play it safe, as it is already in a war destroying it's economy, also i think Taiwan war is not far, at max 2-3 years, so if Russia still heavily support china, they might be punished by west, but if it support india, then they will align with west, as india is one of the country which can help usa in chinese war, the recent military exercise with the modern bombers and f15ex strike eage ll showing up is proof that usa is trying t warn china, geopolitics is fun, you can't predict what will happen you have to stay connected news of what is happening daily,
This project gives enormous trade relations between the allied countries and India will be benefited more and can strengthen economically and dominant China.

I like this strategy of the Indian Government which are giving two benefits two India. The first one is to tackle the China Belt and Road Corridor and the second one is to increase the Indian dominance on the other countries and increase the trading so that India can come through as the World Geopolitical Power and defeat our rival China.
And one corridor which was mentioned by the Sir that was Siliguri Corridor, I also studied about it and it is also known as the Chicken Neck Corridor.
