The best gift my parents could give me was one that they didn't know they were giving me. They used to sing hymns to me to put me to sleep because they didn't know any lullabies nor had any parental support from their families back then. Now 22 yrs later, we are such a happy family with one younger sister and more than anything whenever I'm stressed, or can't sleep which is quite often, the only thing that puts my mind at ease and puts me to sleep so peacefully are hymns. Last night I was in a car accident and I got hit by a car that swept me under a railing in the freeway so have my body was out and the other half was under the car. And I've been struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts but last night all I knew was that I didn't want to die. And these guys came out of nowhere to help and I could wiggle myself out and I just had some cuts and major bruising but it could've been much worse. And now I know that god saved me he was there with me and it just makes me tear up now every time that I think how much I've doubted him but last night he was there with me and saved me despite everything.

Can you imagine the depth of depression he felt when he realized his sin, in counting his troops? This man went on to write some of the greatest and inspiring pieces of literature Ever written. He couldn't have done it without knowing the good and the bad and the ugly. The Lord knows your depression, and he knows mine but I've found that He uses these events in our life to draw us closer to Him. I've fallen asleep at the wheel 3 times and totalled each car. I got out and didn't even have a scratch on me. On one of those car crashes, I woke up to the sound of my car mowing down trees, albeit they were small but trees nonetheless and that sound has never left my memory. I've overdosed on heroin 3 times and now I'm healed. It's been 28 months on the 7th of Nov. Sorry for the life story, but I want you to know that, if you cling to Jesus, He'll bring you rest.

We can never measure up, but aren't we thankful that God looked past our faults and saw our need? And the need is great, Jesus is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me, and it brings me to tears knowing that as inadequate as I am he still loves me. Today miracle happened. I received a cash for the prize of my school's competition which I have to divide it among my friends. But I just realized that I forgot to bring my envelope after I arrived home, I didn't even remember where I placed it. So I told my mum about it and I went back to school about an hour later. The last time I remembered was sealing my envelope, but when I entered my class it was laid perfectly still on the table with my fan being placed on top neatly as if it was on purpose. The class should have been locked and cleaned by that time, but the door hadn't locked and the fan was yellow bright so it was really strange since anyone could have taken the envelope. By the time I went into the car, I told my mum that I found the envelope , she smiled and said : You know what? God said to me that your envelope was safely covered, but I didn't know until you said that it was covered by a fan. It may seem a small thing but to me I think God is amazing that He really pays attention to small details.

Feline E, what a testimony, the same thing happened to me last week, I had a envelop With invoices in that envelope, now to reach to the truck I realized that I didn't have the envelope, try to ask the driver about it he was like I have not seen you with envelope, I become a bit confused, from there I had to go back to customs to look for it nothing, I asked the customs officer about it she told I have not seen it, then I was maybe I 4got it in the bank going there also nothing, then I had the voice in side me telling me that u will get that envelope tomorrow, I had to let the truck to go without the envelope, in the morning I received a call from my cousin bro, he asked me that did you lost envelope yesterday? I said yes, he told me someone picked it, let me send for you the person's phone number, indeed I talked to the person, he told me Come and pick ur envelope, I really appreciate God for the Holy Spirit.

Can you imagine the stress King David was under when he was hunted like an animal just for being blessed and sought out righteousness in all he did? Can you imagine the depth of depression he felt when he realized his sin, in counting his troops? This man went on to write some of the greatest and inspiring pieces of literature Ever written. He couldn't have done it without knowing the good and the bad and the ugly. The Lord knows your depression, and he knows mine but I've found that He uses these events in our life to draw us closer to Him. I've fallen asleep at the wheel 3 times and totalled each car. I got out and didn't even have a scratch on me. On one of those car crashes, I woke up to the sound of my car mowing down trees, albeit they were small but trees nonetheless and that sound has never left my memory. I've overdosed on heroin 3 times and now I'm healed. It's been 28 months on the 7th of Nov. Sorry for the life story, but I want you to know that, if you cling to Jesus, He'll bring you rest.

We can never measure up, but aren't we thankful that God looked past our faults and saw our need? And the need is great, Jesus is the absolute best thing that has ever happened to me, and it brings me to tears knowing that as inadequate as I am he still loves me. It works both ways. The verse in the songs represents the initial humbling of our hearts to be opened up to His love. However, it does go both ways. :)

Today miracle happened. I received a cash for the prize of my school's competition which I have to divide it among my friends. But I just realized that I forgot to bring my envelope after I arrived home, I didn't even remember where I placed it. So I told my mum about it and I went back to school about an hour later. The last time I remembered was sealing my envelope, but when I entered my class it was laid perfectly still on the table with my fan being placed on top neatly as if it was on purpose. The class should have been locked and cleaned by that time, but the door hadn't locked and the fan was yellow bright so it was really strange since anyone could have taken the envelope. By the time I went into the car, I told my mum that I found the envelope , she smiled and said : You know what? God said to me that your envelope was safely covered, but I didn't know until you said that it was covered by a fan. It may seem a small thing but to me I think God is amazing that He really pays attention to small details.

Feline E, what a testimony, the same thing happened to me last week, I had a envelop With invoices in that envelope, now to reach to the truck I realized that I didn't have the envelope, try to ask the driver about it he was like I have not seen you with envelope, I become a bit confused, from there I had to go back to customs to look for it nothing, I asked the customs officer about it she told I have not seen it, then I was maybe I 4got it in the bank going there also nothing, then I had the voice in side me telling me that u will get that envelope tomorrow, I had to let the truck to go without the envelope, in the morning I received a call from my cousin bro, he asked me that did you lost envelope yesterday? I said yes, he told me someone picked it, let me send for you the person's phone number, indeed I talked to the person, he told me Come and pick ur envelope, I really appreciate God for the Holy Spirit.

Most of people in this world feel the absence of God, however He is with us, always, everywhere, all the time. Just walk through the dark woods, search for the pasture in the distance, in full sunlight it’s flowers waving in the light summer breeze. You can feel The Spirit enter you and you finally understand that He has remained with us since the beginning of time. The empty dissonance of our lives is filled with the awe and wonderment of His glory.
Why was it necessary for Him to die for our sins? Because we held onto the sinful ways of our animal roots: hunger, jealousy, pain, suffering and desire. With Him we can brake free of our human chains and focus on that that is not of this world but on the everlasting peace of our faith. He no longer requires a sacrificial lamb or trinkets of gold and rubies - He only asks us to believe and to offer our lives and souls to His alter. Why are we so afraid? Why do we hide in the shadows? The sunlight of His glory will light all corners of our lives, if only we let him.

I've probably listened to this song at least a hundred times since the spring of '18 when I first discovered it, and it sounds as good today as it did the first time I heard it. Instead of 3 million views. it should have 300 million views, like the song "What a Beautiful Name" by Hillsong Worship has, because this song is much better than that song in every way.
