ഒരു battery pack എങ്ങനെ ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ പാടില്ല എന്നതിന് ഉദാഹരണം. Lithium battery യിൽ ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത കാര്യങ്ങൾ മുൻപുള്ള കമൻ്റുകളിൽ തന്നെയുണ്ട്. Lithium battery കൾക്ക് ഉയർന്ന കറണ്ട് സൃഷ്ടിക്കാനും കഴിയും അതിനാൽ പുറമേ നിന്നുള്ള ആഘാതം സമ്മർദ്ദം ഉയർന്ന താപം എന്നിവ internal short circuit ഉണ്ടാക്കുകയും തീപിടിക്കാനും സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. അക്കാര്യങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചു വേണം battery pack ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ. തെറ്റുകൾ തിരുത്തി വിഡിയോ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോഴാണ് താങ്കളുടെ വീഡിയോ മറ്റുള്ളവർക്ക് ഉപകാരപ്രദമാവുക

പാടാണ്, ഒന്നു trickle charge ചെയ്തു നോക്കാം. ഒരു സെല്ലിൽ 10v കൊടുകുക. Oru 10-15 sec. Then multimeter വെച്ച് നോക്കുമ്പോൾ വോൾട്ടേജ് കാണിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അത് ചാർജിംഗിൽ കൊടുത്താൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ ശരിയാവും.

Soldering is not a good way to build a battery. You must use spot welding. Use nickel strip instead of cheap wair
When using spot welding the nickel strip is melting , there also temperature will be high. While soldering, still temperature will be high. The difference is that the spot welding time period will be less. When soldering batteries make the time period less and also immediately reduce the temperature by applying a small heatsink to the soldered area.

ചേട്ടാ ഞാൻ ഉദേശിച്ചത് BATTERY ൽ എഴുതിയ ( 32700 -6000mah) എ ത്രാ എങ്ങിനെ ചേർക്കുമ്പോൾ AH ആകുന്നത്. BMS എഴുതുന്നത് 10AH , 20 AH 'എത്രാ BATTERY ക്കാണ് ' എങ്ങിനെ വെച്ചാൽ എത് BmS ചേരു എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കുന്നത്. I S, 2 S, 3 S ഇതിനെ പറ്റി അല്ല ചോദിച്ചത്

അപ്പൊ അവിടെ നമ്മുക്ക് സേഫ് ആയിട്ടു ഉസ് ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരു 3A ബാറ്ററി മതി. 3A ബാറ്ററിക്ക് 3A BMS മതി. ഇനി എത്ര S വേണം എന്ന് നോക്കാം . 3.7V Li-ion ബാറ്ററി ആണെങ്കിൽ 3 ബാറ്ററി സീരീസ് ആയിട്ടു കണക്ട് ചെയ്യണം.അപ്പൊ 3S എന്ന് പറയും. ബാറ്ററി Ampere എത്ര കൂടിയാലും കുഴപൂം ഇല്ല. So നമുക്ക് 3.7വി 2000mAh 3 എണ്ണം സീരീസ് ആയി കണക്ട് ചെയ്യാം . അത് പോലത്തെ 2 എണ്ണം പാരലൽ ആയി കണക്ട് ചെയ്താൽ 4Ah ആവും . 4 എണ്ണം പാരലൽ ആയി കണക്ട് ചെയ്താൽ 8Ah ആവും. അത് നമ്മുടെ ഇഷ്ട്ടം ആണ് . but BMS 3S , 3A വേണം
