Things are dragging for a reason in Trumps cases. These scumbags literally scheduled Trumps cases to start within a day of Super Tuesday and within a day of the Iowa Caucuses.
So, by some miraculous coincidence, two of Trumps cases were scheduled to start when the most important days of the primary season occurred and still some people are too brainwashed to see these cases for what they are.
This doesn't even address the fact that several of the cases were brought by political opponents of Trump or people who have a clear bias against him.
AND it leaves out the fact that EVERY case is being tried in deep blue jurisdictional districts where it'd be extremely unlikely for Trump to get a fair and polically balanced Jury. These are areas that are Democrat hot spots where the local population consistently votes for Democrats.
These cases can only be considered buisness as usual to those who have their head stuck in the sand. @averageskill

The real cases are going to be the willful retention of Top Secret documents, and his selling or allowing them to be sold, taken or seen. Years ago I inspected a septic system for a real estate transaction, for a homeowner. When I failed the system, the guy decided to sue me, the realtor, the county and others. I wanted to fight it in court but my lawyer said it would cost me possibly $2000 or more to prove I was correct. He made a deal with the guy to drop my name off his suit for $500. I paid the lawyer he paid the guy. Later I found even though the guy lost his case, it costs the realtor, and taxpayers over $10,000 to defend the plumbing code. If we had a law that forced people to pay out when they file frivolous lawsuits I would have been all in.
Not only would this hold ppl and businesses accountable. It would also help ppl and businesses against false allegations and giving them a settlement because it’s not worth the court cost to prove it and the other person just walked away empty handed and Scott free

1. The possible falsification of financial / accounting records, which carries a 2-year statute of limitation which has now run, and which, in any event, would only be a misdemeanor offense and not a felony offense. However, Bragg contends that because the (alleged) falsification was to cover-up a campaign contribution violation that the statute of limitation falls away and the offense increases from a misdemeanor to a felony.
2. The money paid to Stormy Daniels was a campaign payment a campaign contribution and not a private expense. The Electoral Commission has already looked into this and found this not to be the case and this is simply because the standard is that even if the expense helps the campaign, it cannot be considered as a campaign expense if there are also other motives for the payment ie. to qualify as a campaign expense, it must be exclusively for the campaign.
The gag order is a violation of his 1st amendment rights.
