Almost 3 years and 2 million views later! Thank you for noticing! My idea was that in videos published at the end of 2018 I would parody/rip off the first shot of that OP. Then for the first few months of the new year I would have the same shot, except without me in it. Similar to something they did in the show which I still have not got around to watching. The first version of my credits sequence is in a few different videos including this Thomas Christmas video: ua-cam.com/video/toA37DH7mj4/v-deo.html . Thanks again for the comment!

nah it's just a big prop, that's why there's another engine behind him
I think more recently, Thomas can now talk. He says a few phrases such as being happy to be visiting for Day Out with Thomas.
