Restarting a career after marriage is often considered a tough task. But restarting studies to crack government job 15 years after marriage is a very bold move.
In this Josh Talk, Aruna Sharma Dy. Labour Commissioner of Jaipur, Rajasthan, shares her journey of how she cracked RAS exam and other government job exams all by self-study that too 15 years after marriage. Aruna got married at an early age and always aspired to serve the nation by doing a government job. Supporting her family and taking care of the everyday chores, Aruna left her aspiration only to pick them up later and start trying. For 5 years she put in the efforts, worked on all the household responsibilities and finally cracked the RAS exam with AIR 10.

This is very wrong on two counts: Let me explain why:
    1) This talk about "how I cracked govt exam " " from humble background" is rubbish. Majority of people are from humble backgrounds. Instead of talking about how you wasted 5 years of your life trying to crack a govt exam,
Next time, talk about what service you have given to people and how your work improved lives of people in need.
I may sound harsh but reflect.
This is imp for people to understand and orient correctly your self in life.
    2) The lady is hinting she is high caste by saying for her rank initially, she did not get job in general category. There was no need to explicitly mention it. This shows the bias and immaturity of the speaker about lack of understanding about why some socially disadvantaged people are given a leg up and many of them do very well in their work which is the imp thing to understand especially for a public servant.

First of all.... Not 5 years 8 years... just give an ear to the video wisely.... 1) She is not mentioning how she wasted 8 years she is just telling people how she overcame even after a huge gape in her studies... This is an inspiration to all the ladies who think that they can't restart their studies after gap... 2) she didn't highlight her general category... She just said how she got the shocking news of her failure despite her hard work and how she started again.... So before you criticize someone kindly analysis wisely.. .

People like you are helpless. She mentioned it because it takes a lot more effort to get a seat in general category sir and there is no hidden fact about it
