Really enjoyed this video and the demo of the XO plugin!
Forgot to mention in my previous reply that I managed to get my hands on BreakTweaker plugin, just before it was taken out of the Izotope shop.
This isn't as intuitive as XO yet still yields interesting and often times, exciting new results.

Indeed a very impressive sample library and I very much lookforward to the next video in this series!
Did you know that a few years back DJ Citizen created an interactive website that lets you
reuse audio from the National Library of Congress to create your own unique rhythms and loops with them.
I remember having a whale of a time, cutting,
pasting and recombining sounds and dialogue from old radioplays.
Currently I'm very into Soundpaint that's a very musical instrument and sampler rolled into one,
which comes with several impressive free libraries totalling 24 GB.
'Arctic Fox' has an awesome video on that but since the YT algo doesn't allow links,
I hope this info is enough to do a quick search and find that video.
Enjoy the music and wishing you well good friend.

Just downloaded soundpaint and found the Arctic Fox video and libraries, as you suggested. Can't thank you enough! Would love to hear your opinion on it versus other sampler player instruments like Kontakt, Spitfire, Decent, etc. ???

@@JeffyG Well for a long time, and from all of the above sampler plugins, Spitfire libraries sounded the best for my playing style.
Mostly because I lean more toward orchestral sounds and instruments.
That Soundpaint has the ability to do both electronic and acoustic with the easy GUI and so little effort, is what amazed me at first.
The second thing is how musical it sounds.
I'm very much addicted to the included piano. Next investments are very likely the deep sampled Roland Juno library and the Alt Saxophone.
Added bonus is you can also use your own samples to use on their own or combine them with available ones.
And lastly, the new libraries are excellent and quite cheap, and the initial software is free!
Decent sampler is also free but not as expressive to my ears, but I still use it from time to time.
