They're all great videos, but I'm glad it's not another road bike today!
I saw that you use the Hope headset and I wondered if you used one of these little washers that come in the package. Last week I built a bike with the same Headset but I didn’t knew what to do with these little washers. They have the same diameter as the fork shaft but they are just about 0.5 mm tall … so they are not meant to be used as a spacer above or below the stem. I wondered if they should be used as spacer between the bearing and the the sealing cap, but there is now guide how many should be used. I hope you know what I mean

The build is good and all that but why is the cable routing under the bottom bracket?
That's just bad design, I get that you can swap it out but still.

No, you are not the only one. I do like the "industrial" look of them though. They can be polished with scotch-brite so not a big deal.
