The continuous whistle and useless shouting from the back shows how much cultural and modest we Indians are. It shows no matter how rich we become or how prosperous we get but our Slum like behaviour will never gonna leave us. This is what we are witnessing today in this video about how Indians are known for the lack of civic sense.

And if cheering is show of our slum culture I don't how u want a joyous to be classy in Ur way. Indians never pretend , we show it when we like it. And I don't find any fault in cheering though it was loud in video because the camera was closer but u also should not insult a whole country's civil sense based on this small event

Sorry bro but in every school and colleges hooting happens and it was a college program and clear the misconception that foreigners dont hoot , whistle or shout they do but when they find their kind of enjoyment, I would have supported if it would have been an official event but it's not and when you find something of ur country among ur grp you become free and u enjoy.
We indians are a lot more louder which is the way we cheer or even talk and enjoy.. westerners don't do that that's their problem.... But if college didn't have that whistling when we perform it's seen as a boring performance.... So we all just enjoy the noise. can't take out India out of Indian.
