SMOKED BEEF BRISKET BURGERS on Masterbuilt Gravity 560

These Omaha Steaks Brisket Burgers are absolutely delicious on their own, but they are even better when they are smoked first on the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560. I like to add some some on them in the smoker first, they are brisket after all, then sear them off in cast iron or a griddle to get that perfect crust.

I like to grind up some brisket and make smash burgers. Another option is 80/20 ground beef mixed with the same amount of ground lamb. Love your videos ... giving me some great ideas! Just got the MasterBuilt 560 and absolutely love it.
