I think the price is very reasonable compare to other property just one thing it seems that on one land there is a two banglow as we enter in the salable banglow we could saw the gate which seperate two property . RK

(2)"Would a family be comfortable staying here" (3) "What are the changes that an end user want?" My primary focus is to think from a buyer's perspective and in that I lose track of Hindi/English.

Waterlogging is no longer and issue there. The BMC has updated the drainage there by increasing it by three times.

It's the location's rate. Sometimes the value is there in a property if you are ok to look beyond certain shortcomings
