I don't like to be the dorky chick but I can't help myself as I just learned this last week and now I can't see chopped garlic without thinking about it. So.....Cutting a garlic clove breaks its cells and releases stored enzymes that react with oxygen. That triggers healthy sulfide compounds, such as allicin, to form. Letting the chopped garlic stand for 10 to 15 minutes before cooking allows the compounds to fully develop before heat inactivates the enzymes.

Your knife is blunt Lochan , you should sharpen your knives before you prep cutting your veg , just a tip from a professional chef , but I think your content is amazing and by you doing this a lot more young men will get in to cooking for themselves and potential partners! One tip I would recommend is changing the order in which you added the veggies at the start. Onions cook faster compared to the carrots and celery. I would suggest doing carrots first, celery and then onion. That way the onions don’t burn

Looks great. My only recommendation is for more closeups and overhead shots of the food being cooked in the pots/pans.
