I honestly think the decals looked a lot cleaner vs the badges.
Did it hurt anyone else to see the drill going in the jeep.. made my stomach turn.. felt huge relief seeing that it didnt slip and went well
I took a 4 inch hole saw to mine so no
gotta do what you gotta do
Gentle punch does the trick to make a pilot dot for the drill.
I wish you would have showed a little bit more detail how you connected the power through your blinker so I know how to do it exactly by myself
I just used some splice clips. Super easy!

Would have been nice to see during 5:53 - 6:10, the process of wiring the badge wire to the headlights. Video is missing a very important part. Where/How did you connect it? What do you mean by "this marker"?
Simple, just use a splice clip and connect it to any power source you want. Thanks for watching

you could also just heat up the stickers with a hairdryer and they would peel right off. no residue

Does it shine through the badge at all? It seems like it just kinda lights up behind the badge so at night when it’s on it’s just a light on the side. It’d be nice if it shone through so you could read the badge at night, nice video though

Hey I need a under hood fuse relay (extra) I have the left pillar and a over head switch controls for my accessories but I can't hook this up together unless I have this box any advice

I actually saw these on a Jeep facebook club, but watching your video on it is what sold me on them. Reason being, you hooked them to your turn signals, making them actually a functional thing. I have badges on both sides of my JKU, so I ordered two amber ones and hooking them to my turn signals, I will have the added turn signals for people beside me. Great added safety function. Thank you.
Oh, actually I see you hooked them onto the fender marker, but you could probably hook them to your turn signals, correct?

It looks like you ran the wire through the fender without a rubber grommet. Hope you don't get a short.

Very cool LED backlighting... I would of suggested taping the wire with electrical tape, or a heat shrink to protect the wiring from shorting within the pilot hole you drilled. And, I would of applied some primer paint on the inside and outside of the pilot hole to prevent the bare metal from rusting. Just saying.

The idea is cool but only half way there. They need to create a translucent badge so the entire emblem is lit up.

Nice video write up Dex! Quick question, if you had to test an LED light bar, such as the 20” one you have. How can I just test to see the brightness without actually hooking it up to a car. Would a direct battery connection to the power leads of the LED bar, work to temporarily see the brightness? Thanks!

+Anthony Marasco Simple, just Connect the wires from the badge glow to the wires in the headlights. Positive to positive negative to negative. Thanks for watching
What glue or sticky paste did you use to stick the decals on? Or did you use the sticky stuff that came with the decals?
It comes with 3m double sticky tape. All you do is peal and press. Thanks for watching!

I bought one after watching your video. Did you use a 12v inline fuse for the lead wire? Did you have any issues mixing wire gauges?
Thanks for watching. No issues mixing wires assuming they are very close in size. I didn’t run a fuse, I just tapped into the power from the headlight. Thanks for watching!

When you connected the badge glow, does it light up when you turn on the turn signal as well? Or only when you turn on the headlights? Thank you!
It would have been a good idea for you to use a sleeve on the wires at the point were you drilled because the vibration Might cut through the Plastic coating of the wire and you're gonna have a short circuit

Or you can fill the hole with silicone and this will also aid on keeping the hole from rusting.

What do you mean by steering wheel knob?
A knob spinner that goes on your steering. everyone I've tried doesn't fit the steering wheel size.

Hey being that you hooked it up to your headlights is there any law that says you can’t run red lights on the street? I know here in Florida you get a ticket
I believe its red headlights only, here in va if you have halos on your headlights like some jeepers do they cant be red or blue or you get a ticket lol

You can tie them directly into the side makers. Just use splice clips.

AdventureDex , well it two separate boxes and I thought you get a hook each box up to a fuse but there's only one fuse for one of them so I was told that I needed to separate fuses slots
+blakkkatt9 Connect both boxes to one fuse and add a bigger fuse amperage. Hope that helps
