The one important advice that her coach(es) should give Rondina, since she jumps so high when spiking, is to always be aware of the possibility of ankle injury when landing from a high jump. I'm not into sports physiology, but I am sure this problem has been well studied in the past and that special techniques are available out there. She and her coaches should do some reading of the medical/physiological literature on this matter, since an injury could prove to be very costly to herself and her team.

Sa international men's volleyball naman, ganyan din halos flight and landing nila. I guess if you are built for it, the possibility of injury is low. Mas malaki pa ang chance na ma-sprain siya pag nagboblock dahil may matapakang paa kesa sa pag-atake niya.
