I rember driving a 5 hour trip for work, in snowy finland by myself. Sun down. Snowy road ahead. And listening to all his production. And more than couple of times bursting into tears. Happy, emotional and all in between. Not many people in this world can make something like this with just a guitar and a voice. Words can’t describe were his music takes you. I’ll always be thankful that I came across his unique talent. Simply amazing

Waking up to a performance by Jose G hosted by Cheryl Waters is truly a dream come true. As in, I actually wondered if I was still dreaming and it took several minutes to convince myself this was real. Thank you again, KEXP! Local Valley is a tremendous album.

The finger picking pattern in horizons is so cool.
It's a pretty normal flamenco technique. Rarely used in English music though. Especially this kinda vibe.

Listened to a interview with him yesterday, I've always liked his music, we actually had the same guitar teacher years ago(But i never met him)
He talked about how he had suffered a psychosis and how he is aware and fighting against his narcisstic traits, that he has become a better listener and how he tries to talk less about him self.
He seems like a very intelligent and kind person, despite what he might think of himself.
And of course, his music is great!
