ingredients:-
2 no fresh corn
1 onion
1 potato
spinach
1 piece ginger
6-7 garlic
4 green chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
1.5 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp hot oil
.600 ml oil for frying
