Eahora Romeo Pro 2 problems i am having.

- I got this bike new from Eahora on Amazon. After the 1st mile of riding on a somewhat level road the bike lost power for a maximum speed of 5 mph in any pedal assist setting. Error code 08. The code went away but the loss of power remains. In this video i will talk about my experience with Eahoras customer service, cost of the bike, and possible symptoms. UPDATE 6/11/24 The problems are all mine i had the setting wrong. I apologized to Eahora.

This is a prime example along with many other reviews I've read why I decided not to buy Eahora ebikes. Not very smart to manufacture and skimp on quality cause the word gets around on the net. Really a shame cause it's a good looking bike.
good decision this bike has been a nightmare for us as well.
Ive had nothing but problems with my Romeo Pro. Ran great for 200 miles and been a mess for months.
Throttle issues causing bike to die mid ride. 20 minute commute becomes 45 minutes waiting for battery to reset. Bike has lost all power on hills and PAS is almost nonexistent. They sent me new parts and the bike is worse than before. So bummed. Its my bike to my job and its been a nightmare. Ive lost few days off from work and had to bother people to come pick me up.
Im extremely disappointed as well Vince. Its caused me strife for months now. It was a great bike for about 2 weeks and its been nothing but problems since. Im 58 and Its my commuter bike to my job. Ive lost about $600 in lost days and waited weeks for new parts. Parts arrived....solved error code issue but now bike runs horribly.
Im so angry and cant wait to get mine fixed and sell it.
Funny part....I waited 2 years to buy this bike....and this was my 1st experience. Im 100%done once I sell this. Never again.
Yeah avoid that company like the plague.
Hello Vince... Since you will be very dependent on your bike after retirement it would've been wise to get yourself a Super 73, They seem to have the best after sales services

Ours was delivered with the motor not working out of the box. Broken fender + the drive accelerates itself even after you let the throttle go 😂😂
Don’t buy it
It fluctuates between 5 and 12 doesn’t go up when acceleration
Same problem both motors not working err08 and customer service is giving run around don’t want to return
Mine doesn’t even work $3000 garbage
This been a nightmare dealing with them 6 weeks bike broken, credit card locked for dispute and waiting on amazon to refund my card
Vince…. Did you ever go in to the settings And move anything. You need to turn off the boost it happend to me. I don’t think it’s the controller. Please let us know what happens

I have my bike working now. Of course I had to do the fix. Go figure. I got it to 47 mph yesterday. Let’s see how long it lasts.
What settings did you do to get there? Mine after doing his changes only goes 30
Try factory reset in settings
Tried that.
