- Today I want to show you something popular to do in Newport Beach, California. Newport Bay has a ton of these little Duffy Boats (or other brands that are similar). They are small electric boats that people will take out for an afternoon of drinks, food and fun. #California

Super cool video Josh. Very informative and entertaining. Are you filming this with your gopro 10? I too have a gopro but it just seems to causes so many issues with the video quality - scenes will freeze for a second and the sound will pause also - looks like you have a nice stream video -
Thanks Robert. Yes, using GoPro 10 in 4K. Seems to work well for me. So far no problems. It’s a little too orange and contrasting so I fix that slightly in editing. But no freezing or glitches so far. Also, I bought a foam cover which works wonders for audio.
Glad to find this vid. I have a Dufour 35 for the Spiritual Saga of an Idiot Sailor, but have been looking at hard to find Duffy's. I'll check out Marine Technologies.

Thanks for watching. These don’t go into the deep ocean. They stay in the harbor where it’s very calm. They are quite safe. I’ve never heard of any major accidents.
Yeah they're easy to drive and safe. Not super powerful boats and the water in the harbor is calm.
Seagulls don't like broccoli. Go figure. 😆

Hi. Usually 2 to 4 hour rentals depending on how long your groups wants.
I wanna know how you drive that boat lol
Same as a car except you have a throttle lever instead of a gas pedal and there's no brakes obviously. they don't require much skill to drive at all.
