To counter the raiders lightspamm to counter your kick, you can simply deflect the light after your backflip. You can dodge out of backflip and frontroll! And raiders chain lights are 500ms lights, so normal speed, not like serk f.e.
I love how through most of Nova's Shinobi Gameplay, he always double dodges into kick. You know he's played old Shinobi a lot when you forget that you can single side dodge kick as well xd
