- In this part, we complete the main game's final world, World 23: Finalia! Afterwards, we fight the final boss and watch the game's ending!
Are we done yet? Of course not! I'm planning on showing off the next set of worlds! Yep, this post-game is massive and contains over 40 WORLDS to explore. Granted, they're just harder versions of the already-existing worlds, but I'm trying to 100% the Catalog. I'll probably stop after I finish World 46. - Ігри

So the story of Ring Fit is:
Dragaux saw himself was weak, and got buff with help of this dark influence
But the influence basically possesed his thoughts, and then completly took over him on the final battle
All for a drop of buffness

This game is trying to tell anyone that “you shouldn’t hate yourself for what you look like” not to judge, but everyone’s body is perfect no matter what it is...
so keep on doing something that you do enjoy doing...like reading, learning, cocking, and playing

Also teaches you that if you exercising just for the attention of others and to look muscular at the end of the day you will NEVER BE HAPPY. You got to learn to love yourself and love who you are some people like me exercise isn't an enjoyable hobby some don't like spending serious money at a gym or dedicate a life to fitness some people just want to exercise just to become a healthy person you don't need big muscles, or a six pack, or buff legs to be a healthy person just cutting certain foods getting reasonable exercise a day may not make u look muscular but your healthy, it will help your heart and stamina, and it can make you a better person survive work easier and help with life in general this game has done so much for me more then ya will ever know. I may not look that much more crazy since i started in October but i dare say i don't feel like a better more healthy energetic person thanks to this game. Dare i say games like this in the long term can help longevity of your life.

Oh man I just knew there wouldn't be too much to the story at the very end haha. Oh well. At least Dragaux is nice now and who would want someone else as a trainer than him? But in all seriousness, at the end, it wasn't really Dragaux that was in control anymore. He, or, IT barely talked. It just used him as a host...
I do feel they should have expanded apon the backstory between them, except for their dream. Like what exactly made Ring lock him up? I guess Dragaux grew evil because of all the doubt of weakness inside him... so in the end, Dragaux was actually the weakest :O

Just from looking at the final level, i would be pooped out way before the final boss himself! Like do you even expect me to fight this body building dragon after such a huge marathon?!? And i am not playing this on easy modo!
There's 46 main world's, 23 master world's, totaling to 69 (nice)
this is not a competition you have to select the mode that fits your personal fitness level,the goal is to exercise often, and get you moving, not to train hard for two days and forget about it.
when you reach this level you have created a habit and you have more resistance (and you increase the level little by little) so it is not that hard.

I originally thought that the final battle had you and ring transforming into a god-like trainer that would own dragaux in 10 hits and with one final ultimate attack that takes all the dark influence out

Plus the battles are long towards the end from what I’ve seen on your channel so I’d want to proceed more so I don’t get as burned out from the game physically and mentally
