For real "long development time" you should check out Project Zomboid and 7 Days to Die. Those two games aren't just stuck in Development Hell, they're proud to be there, have a membership card and all.

This was so fun to watch would love to see more. A few details you didn’t comment on were the lightsabers match the color of your spiders feet so price always had purple and rik got red. Also you never picked it up but there is a burst rocket launcher that is pretty cool. I think they have updated and there are new maps in the demo if you do play again you could even try some modifiers in the versus mode that would be cool to see
I think you guys should use the lightsaber colors for the names instead of body color, it was a little confusing while I was watching cause there was no red lightsaber flying around. Your choice though! If you guys like this system, stick with it.

It definitely looks fun, I think the best thing they could do to improve it would be different levels (not just the same "techno look with platforms and/or lava" thing). Vary up the look and challenge of the levels and it'll have a lot more replayability.
tbh the use of the censored h-word in the title makes zero sense for the context. Besides, whats wrong with using the word hell? This dev a extreme Christian or something? If so, a great shame that a good concept was ruined by relgion.
idk, maybe it has sumting to do with how it sounds? Spiderheck sounds like a crazy (hectic???) game with spiders, which sounds like an umbrella term for Spiderheck's main gameplay. But Spiderhell seems more like an RPG kinda game where the main setting is spider-themed.

The little sticks are regular timed grenades; the yellow balls are sticky proximity explosives.
