Highlander Steakhouse is considered one of the best Steak Houses in the country serving U.S. Angus Prime Rib and Tomahawk Steaks as well as Kobe Beef right of the grill paired with wine from the finest vineyards. You are guaranteed an unforgettable dining experience inside a rustic log cabin with views of Talal Lake and volcano. From their menu we would highly recommend their U.S. Angus Ribeye, John Wayne’s Prime Rib, Porterhouse Steak, New England Clam Chowder, Mizo Glazed Salmon and for dessert vanilla ice cream and chocolate lava cake.
The Highlands China Palace boasts of some of the Chinese cuisine in the country in an ornate setting worthy of royalty. It is a two-level lavishly designed palace which offers authentic Cantonese cuisine all-year-round. From their menu we would highly recommend the Dried Scallops in Wintermelon and Crabmeat soup, Deep Fried Pork Spare Ribs with Salt and Pepper, Braised Eggplant with Salted Fish and Chicken, and Yang Chow Fried Rice. For dessert Almond Milk Dumpling and Mango Sago.

Superb tour of Tagaytay highlands n the yummy steak n Chinese food. We were invited in 2015 n had lunch @ the clubhouse I think open air. It was fun seeing your family .

Onion already costs like 800 in Silang's public market, I wonder how much a grilled onion would be like in restaurant menus 🤭

Is that near People's Park In The Sky? My wife and I have a house in Silang, Cavite and it's not too far from Tagaytay. Thankfully we don't live in the city of Silang but rather in the country area. It takes us about 15 minutes to get to Tagaytay and about the same time to get to Nuvali. I got to see the power of mother nature when Taal erupted on January 12, 2020 and got to go through so many volcanic earthquakes after the eruption. What a crazy day and night it was and thankfully there wasn't really any damage. I guess being about 19km away from the volcano kept us safe.

When we first moved to the Philippines, we looked into building a house in the Highlands. Needless to say, it was way over our budget. We ended up finding a place west of Tagaytay which we are really happy with. But that Steakhouse sounds just what this Texan needs. We will be checking it out soon. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the comment, Tagaytay Highlands is an exclusive members only mountain community, prices are steep as a lot of the ingredients are imported and has to be transported all the way to Tagaytay, plus they have to turn a profit with a limited client base. Gd day Lord Me and my wife love watching your videos until I was kinda dis appointed about the driving skills of the person who is driving the vehicle.It seems that He know how to drive but do not know how to follow the street sign. There is a lot of yield sign that I think he did not yield even if the road is free you have to yield and the most important one is the stop sign you have to stop no matter what. So next time tell the person driving be responsible. PEACE !
