John Peel was so cool the selection he would play.. Swiss Yodeling then industrial then skatepunk then some Napalm Death then some acoustic hippy rarity, some crazy experimental synth stuff, The Jesus and Mary Chain about twenty times on the same side, then some Jungle.. and sometimes he'd play the right side of the record at the right speed i miss that guys shows so much, tuning in on my little radio through the static, his voice and humour too..a huge assist to so many careers and styles he played when we couldn't hear them anywhere else too nice to be reminded of him and the joy of listening to his shows in the eighties.. thankyou i hope you have a good one also i hope you get your vinyls back one day
