Ladysmith Harbour to Bute Island Hovercraft Trip

This is a video of a trip through Ladysmith Harbour at low tide from the very end of the harbour to Bute Island. The trip includes a ride through the shallow channel east of Woods Island and goes through one of the last remaining in-water log-sort operations on the west coast. Bute Island was privately owned for many years but was recently purchased and is now a regional marine park for all to enjoy.
