- Experimenting with a new sort of series I want to make where I go over some of the most famous or notable plays in osu! history and talk about what gives them that status. The first one is everyone's favorite HDHR FC which just so happens to be 485pp.

He made a joke by creating a difficulty on Blue Zenith that was ridiculously high BPM. He was playing HDDT(HR?)FL and was tapping with keyboard and mouse.
The high BPM stream broke the system and rewarded him with 2251 unranked pp.
And a wise man once said "All map should be ranked."

Even after 5 years this definitely is the most nostalgic play to me. This play taught me funnily enough to not give up as well and I jokingly took that tip years ago and it actually helped me climb to where I am now. :)

I want a story on Vaxei :) like he’s a very interesting person in this community just coming back to osu and setting some amazing scores

He's got such a cool history, from being called a hacker for how fast he got his first 500 back in 2016(?), to having a page filled with A ranks, to getting the third ever 800pp score (sniping cookiezi's score on the same map two hours later), getting several different SS ranks on the big black, improving his skill at the game so much that he went from a one-trick DT player to an all rounded monster, achieving the first ever 1000pp play (as well as a few others), and finally getting #1 both globally and in the top players of 2019 video.

@@whitecunt6903 he hasn't quit he probably just doesn't really want to play right now so he plays on/off and offline but as he did a few days ago he comes online and sets a few sick scores every now and then. Though to be honest I think he is practicing ar11 offline right now for the most part.
And nowadays, we have an HDDT FC on top of the leaderboard, it's just insane how community had improved in those 6 years.

It became a meme because it actually wasn't the highest hdhr pp score at the time.
Even after knowing this, Azer set another hdhr score that tied with United and he claimed that it was "tied for highest hdhr pp" (pretty sure it was the star pattern JoJo map, pretty sure he also says it in his video). So people spammed "tied with United" when a new pp record was broken to mock him.

Do continue with this type of video. It was really refreshing to not only hear you talk about the player that did the score, but the score itself. I really like this format on top of the minute legends and the likes.

um..whats the story behind all pro osu players or all pro gamers?

Come on man... it's just a game, whoever has more dedication and time put into the game will eventually be good. Just look at mania players or even taiko, the amount of "grinding" the same maps are so much lesser as compared to standard mode. Mania even have "Random" mods, why? because it trains reflexes and reading instead of just pure "muscle memory". Can standard players FC hard maps on first try? Yes, but only very few players. But can mania players FC hard maps on their first try? Yes, plenty, because they trained their reading and reflexes instead of memorizing maps.
Just comparing the majority of top player's play counts for (Standard : Mania/Taiko) = (100k on average : less than 30k). Standard mode are becoming more of "grinding the same map for pp" mode now. I know I should not have compared these 2 different modes, I might be wrong but that is just what I felt. *Dedication* my friend...

When you click and hold a slider but let go of it too early, you sliderbreak.
It doesn't count as a miss as you have hit the slider, you just didn't complete it or didn't manage to hit the start circle of the slider.
It breaks combo which causes you to not fc.

@@eDy0n You could theoretically fc a map by only hitting 50s so of course you can have bad acc but still fc, on the other hand having 100% will always be an fc

@@qace9526 i remember something like "tied with united" happened later on, as azer got another hidden hard rock fc on a different map and he said "oh wow, that s tied with united" when seeing the pp value. "Tied with united" was born, and well that meme eventually evolved into "every new hidden hard rock top play is tied with united"
Azer got a play on sono chi no kioku, which was worth the same pp as United hdhr
Well, as an example people started to say this when Cookiezi fcd freedom dive with HDHR so it was highest HDHR score in perfomance, like united as well.
