    Good day! A company issued hp laptop (same unit as seen in the video) was spilled with water. As of now, the laptop didn't start up and there's a continuous blinking light on Capslock key. What is the possible damage on the laptop?

    What should I do after replacing the battery in the laptop?Can I use the laptop as soon as the battery is replaced?Or should it be left to charge?

When you buy a new laptop, you'll want to charge your battery for 24 hours to make sure that it gets a full charge on its first go. Giving your battery a complete charge during its first charge will prolong its life.

    I have Probook 450 G7, with Sata 1 Tb hard drive, only office is installed. But laptop is dead slow and disk usage remained at 100% for all the time. We have 35 laptop of this model and 15 are in use and all these have this performance and disk usage issue. Unfortunately warranty period passed while the laptops are in inventory and not in use. Any suggestion
    from HP Support to boots the performance ?

      +Qumer Mumtaz Please perform updates via Windows and HP Support Assistant as mentioned below to fix this issue: Step 1 Windows Updates - 1) In the search box, type and open Windows Updates. 2) Check for updates. 3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer. Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates - 1) In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 2) Check for updates. 3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

      +SniPer MonKeh Solution one- download (speccy) It'll tell you your motherboard name, google it to check if it has a graphics card slot that is welded in place or is one that can be changed. If yes then go onto crucial.co.uk it should help to tell you what graphics card you're best upgrading to or if you know your stuff then get whichever you like. solution two - if your card is soldered into place then just buy a new one. Remember if you're going to open up your laptop chances are your warranty will be void.

    Hi, I have this laptop and it came with only an M.2 SSD. I want to add a SATA SSD but the laptop does not include the metal base for it. It only includes the SATA cable. Where can I get the metal base to put the screws in? Thanks
