Nope. It's based off of Goku vs Jiren. It's Dragon Ball Legends MUI Goku's automatic clash too. The drown out is based off of Goku vs Jiren (again) and is DBL Goku's ki cancel. The last super attack is based off of DBFighterZ's MUI Goku's rising heat. And the soaring Fist is obvious.

That strike skill would be so overwhelming because of the vanish, bandai should just add these moves like come on, and the transformation if it's ever added should be like that animation
