Our Mom used to crack my brother and my necks when we where kids. Then he and I would lock elbows and crack each other back. I used to have to put his back in place at least a couple times a week. He got hit in the back with a stokes basket during a training exercise. There’s always gotta be one jerk not paying attention during training. I’ve crack many a back in my day. I truly miss getting fixed. 👋great hands Doctor Alex.

@@u.s.m.c.fewproudthemarines2987 she has long passed but she did until I kept tightening up on her. She was afraid she’d break my neck. But by then I could crack my own. I can only get my right side to go slightly now after an attack in 2014.
@@jillhorvat1730awe that means she recognized she wasn’t a professional and didn’t take it too far bc you seriously can hurt someone that tightens their muscles before a crack. That takes a professional. She was skilled but also knew her limitations.
