Small hands do matter.whwn you dont have confidence in your arm all kinds of bad fundamentals develop.as far as smiths offense and Pickett hes gonna spend alot more time under center.i didn't like what i seen from kenny under center.nothing is gonna help him.

that said, i disagree....i am a fan of Pickett and truly think he has the leadership qualities you seek in a franchise QB..i believe the Steelers feel the same way and i dont think he got a fair shake playing in a horrible Matt Canada system (no idea why they hired Canada)...i am also hopeful the Arthur Smith effective run game will promote smash mouth Steeler football that will ultimately take off pressure for Pickett in the passing attack and open things up leading to success.....get the chemistry from Pickett and Pickens rolling and feed the ego of George Pickens and you might see something special develop this year in Pittsburgh
