To make your bedroom extra dark: double up on the blackout curtains. That's what I did, and I love how dark it is....like I'm sleeping in a cave.

We got an orchard, and our dogs love eating the apples that fall to the ground. When they were pups, I thought they liked them since they looked like a ball, but they would start eating them. Our vet said they were good for them.
I thought them lined shorts were for men... why would you want lined shorts? Are you afraid your package might fall out? SMH 😂

You are subtracting fiber and sugar alcohol from your carbs right? That's how you get the net carbs that's what I learned from my low carb class when I started my low carb diet our bodies don't digest fiber or sugar alcohols that's why you minus it.
P.s I only ask cause I have been eating different versions of those aldi bars and they usually only have like 3, 4 , or like 6 net carbs per bar.
