Thanks a lot for this video! The 3C error for my washing machine is eratic, it happens if the machine is loaded consecutively or too much clothes. The after sales company is asking me to change the mainboard and the motor without checking. I don't find the logic. If the mainboard was defective, would it have worked in the first time? Thanks
Error codes 3C to 3C4 usually indicate a problem with the rotation of your washing machine's drum. Depending on the diagnosis, the defective components may be the inverter card, the belt, the pulley or the motor. Also check that the calibration function of your washing machine has been carried out.
Super video but my Welling motor looks different. 10 terminal positions with a missing 3rd and no wiring diagram :( and ` coil` colours look different. Still 9 actual terminals with a vacant 3rd position. Fuse, Tacho and brushes are ok as video. But I am getting a short across the two coil terminals. both shorted. AND no luck so far on the net for a wiring diagram. Tks
@@soselectro I found your video as I was changing the carbon brushes (which I never done before). Then after all of this, I found a loose wire. Which I know anyone would have checked first. But I am just trying DIY as I hate landfill. How you explain everything is amazing !!!!! Well beyond anything I could ever do!!!
Mine was 3c2. I have opened up, changed the relay 1 for a new one e voilà! Back to work after 1 month presumed dead. It was my last atempt at something, before buying a new one...
@@soselectro Just adding some details: I needed to open the washing machine (I own the model samsung eco bubble wd11a). Inside, there was a white box containing the mainboards. The relay in question was located in the following image, at the bottom-right (rectangular black plastic piece with two bronze-colored flat pin connections). The specification is GOLDEN GT-1A-12D 25A 250V~. It doesn't need to be Golden branded. I have just bought one with very similar specifications. Then, I have "cut off" tha biggest main board from the plastic case (I have used a manual Electric Micro Grinder Tool), to expose the soldered terminals (on the back of the board) cause the boards are "glued" with a big layer of some protective resin. I was careful not to damage the tracks on PCB nor the other componets. The washing machine should not be overloaded. Only half of the tank should be filled and the other half should be left with water and air.
My samsung read code 3C I cleaned my filter out and its working fine now, NO motor needed💯
Yes thank you
Did yours say 3c1?

Can you send pictures of the washing machine motor to my WhatsApp? My number is +212665120215
Hi. All my readings were correct and within the parameters. What could be the fault for the error 3c? Thank you
If you find everything is good, the washing machine gives 3c, if the problem is in the electronic board
You're so clever OMG!!!
Are you serious? or are you mocking?
@@soselectro I am being serious!!!!!

I agree with you, but the electronic board remains the last
