सूजी का इंस्टेंट वडा
सूजी (रवा) - २ कप
अदरक - १/२ इन्च
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
कढी पत्ता (कटे हुए) - १० से १५ पत्ते
धनिया के पत्ते - २ चम्मच
धनिया (दरदरा) - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
दही - १ कप
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार
मीठा सोडा - १/४ छोटा चम्मच

Semolina Vada/ Instant Suji Vada
Semolina (Rava) - 2 cup
Ginger - ½ inch
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Curry leaf (chopped) - 10 to 15 leaves
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
Coriander seeds (ground) - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 cup
Edible Oil - to deep fry
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
