A quick note on audio. The Sigma booth this year was beautiful but located in a very busy and noisy location and we were fighting to handle the noise and did as much as we could in post - we hope it's good enough.
Thanks for asking about the Foveon development -- that's excellent news. I'm also interested in the fp-line, but finding them at the right price and payment methods can be tricky, so I've primarily got Lumix with many Sigma lenses. The original fp was briefly well-priced in AU, but they sold out before I could pick one up. A new model would renew the cycle and prompt discounts on old stock.
Can you ask next time about patentet by Sigma: 50-135mm f/2.8 APS-C or 50-140mm f/2.8 APS-C They already have on the market right now: 10-18mm f/2.8 APS-C 18-50mm f/2.8 APS-C so it's only a matter of time when we will see 50-135/140mm f/2.8
Generally speaking, questions about future products are not something companies often comment about. This year we opened the floor for questions from our viewers around a week before the show and didn't get too many questions so I am not sure if we will do that again next year - we will see.
@@IddoGenuth then just change question to: why does it take them so long to introduce a lens with a focal length of approx 50-140mm f/2.8 ( amazing for portraits, street photography, wild life and more ) when 18-50mm f/2.8 sales like hot cakes and people want more...
Sigma is by far my favorite lens manufacture. I loved all the cheap DSLR art lenses.

@@Zoltan99 Please remind us before IBC 2025 next year.
So 28-45 stills is the same just with a different housing. So it will be the same image?
should be, yes.
and you asked him, that fool came up with making a new lens @28mm-105mm and not 24mm. Can't buy it now
