Lis I looove your videos and I'm so happy to see your update 💞 I got a tummy tuck recently and your videos were so informative and helpful! You look great!
Hey love! You’re looking so good. I’m 25 days PO. Still a little sore at times but feeling better each day and thanks to your videos, I knew what to expect each week so thank you! When did you stop wearing your faja and did you stop cold turkey or gradually? If I have mine off to wash, etc I find myself a little hunched. Maybe because I’m babying it not sure but my tummy does feel weird when clothes are touching it without a faja.
Hi!!! I had my faja on religiously up until around 8 weeks. Then I started not wearing here and day but it was definitely a gradual thing. Once I stopped, I ended up have a week where I was so swollend so I went back to it and now I do thst, ill just wear it if I remember it or if I feel swollen . Hope this helps!
Oh and yes...I was hunched for close to 3 weeks too and then whenever I would sit and stsnd up Id feel very very tight. I actjually still feel tightness on this skin which is why my belly button is stretched out when Im standing straight. Def dont force being straight too much.
Hello beautiful 🤩 u are looking Fantastic I’m officially 11 WPO and I’m loving my results everything keeps changing every week . Thank u through your videos u have bn giving me reassurance that still going to get better and better..
Thanks love! And yes..... it's so strange how our minds think we are healed but our bodies just go thru so much! So glad to hear you are loving your results !! xoxo
Thank you so much for doing all these updates! I'm going in for my tummy tuck on Wednesday and I am terrified. Excited but so worried about the recovery process.
Hi!! THank you so much for being here. When is your surgery or just thinking about it? Keep me posted if you were to think of any questions. Happy to help :)
You look great! I recently had a tummy tuck with lipo. (Hopefully next year I can get a breast lift with implants) I am 3 weeks post-op. I like my results considering what I looked like before. However, one of my sides look curvier than the other. I am not sure if it due to swelling or from not wearing my faja immediately after surgery. I was wearing an abdominal binder for the first two weeks until my surgeon gave me the okay to start wearing my faja and ab board. I am hoping my tummy heals nicely like yours. By the way I'm sadden to hear you have to pay extra for the revision 🙄 I pray 🙏 the revision goes well and you get your desire look. Nonetheless, I always look forward to your videos. Pls continue to make more lol 😂 super comforting to watch. 🤗
Hi Christina!!!! I have to say at 3 weeks, you are still very swollen. I know its hard but be patient. Having said that, do not stay quiet. Talk about it from the get go with your doctor to a) get reassurance thst it is swelling and not fluids stuck and b) in case there is the need of a revision, it wont be a "new" concern. I too hate to have to pay. Im not paying for doctor but still...it is a lot of money 😒😒😒
@@LMLIFESTYLE thanks for rest. So I have seen my doctor today, and he reassured me that I am still swollen and out me in a smaller faja, and shown me how to wear the ab board correctly since I had it too high up. I will see him in another two weeks to make sure things are healing nicely.
Thank you for being raw with us on ur journey. I go back & forth with this bc I personally do not want the fake belly button look nor the super tight skin. I want to look natural even if it means jigging some in my tummy area 😭 it looks good on u tho
Hi Lis, you look amazing. Tomorrow I will be two WPO and I cannot wait to see a flat tummy like yours. I’m beyond swollen and miserably uncomfortable, but watching your videos help so much. They give me hope I won’t always look like Winnie The Pooh! Haha. Take care!
Hiiii... you look amazing and thanks for posting videos to keep us informed - I have a quick question- did you put anything in your belly button (such as ear plug, marble, etc) to help with the shape? Yours is cute and I want to make sure mines is healing correctly - because I was told not to put anything in it ( just clean and cover) but I know a lot ladies do.....
Hi Candace! When I had my faja on religiously, I felt like my belly button was healing shut lol so I put in an ear plug. I would just cut it to fit inside and then tape it. That helped.
@@LMLIFESTYLE yup, Iv been sleeping sooo much, just had my 4th blood pressure check lol keep waking thinking it was a dream I had op lol not much pain only yday when tried to stand, so haven't done that again yet will today though :) can't wait to see my tummy later tho. Sooo proud I did this, back to sdleep till breakfast at 7:30, its 6am here xx thank you for your messages :)
Have you been experiencing a lot of swelling at this point in time? I have a puff lol above my belly button that’s especially worst at night but I’m still 3 months PO. And do you still wear a binder at all? You look so flat!! Looks amazing
I do have a 3 month video you should take a look. I do get swollen especially depending on the workout do or whenever I drink alcohol (sucks but it is what it is haha). At this point, I am not wearing my faja anymore. I did a few weeks ago I started getting swollen again but I do have it around so if i were to feel too swollen I will wear again but just haven't in a while. As to above the belly button, that's where I experience swelling but it is not anything super concerning to me. Did you get muscle repair too?
@@LMLIFESTYLE I have watched all your videos so far 😂 I did have muscle repair and my diet hasn’t been great. My dr also said at the time he wouldn’t lipo the front and that I should come back for it 4 to 6 months after the tummy tuck. So sometimes I don’t know if it swelling of some fat starting to form. Probably a little bit of both
@@sususeasky4057 Thanks so much for watching! and yes, I didnt get lipo up there either but have seen other cases where they've had to go back to get that part lipo suctioned. I'd say maybe give it 1-2 more months. Adjust diet see if that helps (after holidays hahaha) and then reassess? I wish lipo wasnt that expensive haha I'd get more things lipo'd hahahaha
Hi Lis, I’m having trouble deciding between Saline or Silicone implants for my MM next month. What did you choose? How did you choose? I’m wondering if I want them at all now (like does it feel weird to have foreign objects in your chest - gahhh) So many questions.
Hi! I had saline and changed to silicone. I think silicone feel more natural. I have never felt my implants ans I have had them for about 13 years now.
You're looking fantastic! What did your PS say about the one sided swelling? I'm 3mpo and have swelling above my belly button ALL OF THE TIME and it's more one-sided, so I'm interested to hear what they told you.
You're looking great! I'm 12 days after surgery and I'm off course hating the swelling but otherwise I'm good. I too asked for a B or small C cup and I'm afraid it's larger. I did get the bromelain you suggested in your other video, anyone suggestions for swelling and did you ever get any of the lymphatic massages?
Hi love! Yeah the swelling is such a mind game but it does get better. How many cc's did you get? And no. I didnt need the massages but a lot of girls get them. I just never did. And other than loads of water, avoid too much sodium, alcohol, and try to have a low carb diet and then the pills.....it is basically a waiting game
Hi Lis. Thank you so much for your videos! I’m hoping to have my mommy makeover in September. A question I have, could I have my son help me that first two weeks of recovery? Or are there personal needs that I will need help with? My daughter may not be available so my son offered unless helping with exposed Mom parts will be party of the help!! He has no problem helping me get to the bathroom, helping with drains etc as long as no personal parts are included! Lol
Lol this is cute. You will be able to help yourself in that area. First time youll bathe he will see you naked and he will see you naked quite often but as far as wiping and such, you will be able to do that yourself 🤍
You look amazing!! I had my mommy makeover done July 8th and am having a revision in February on my boobs for the same reason! Are you having a lift too?
It happens though. Impossible to know how your body will heel. Its a journey for sure but doctors are doctors not magicians. I can say I am beyond pleased. Sure, don't love the idea of going under again but I also get it. All about the mindset of things and having realistic expecations

Awee girl.....recovery is such a mind game. I promise it will get better. Try getting the Bromelain supplements- might help with the swelling!

Hi love! So at this moment, I am very inconsistent with it. I no longer wear to work out. I used religiously up until 8 weeks and then was on and off

I spent around $24K on it all :) Having to pay another $3,275 for the revision. I recommend getting a consultation though. Costs can be different.
